We’re hiring in India: Customer Success Specialist (Concrete & Sustainability)
Concrete.ai is building AI tools to reduce the carbon footprint of concrete production. We’re looking for a technically strong Customer Success Specialist in India to support onboarding, mix design optimization, and ongoing account success across India and global customers.
Role scope:
- Lead onboarding and training for new customers
- Manage India customer accounts and success plans
- Support global accounts (incl. U.S. time zone overlap)
- Deliver optimized concrete mix designs using our platform
- Track cost, performance, and CO₂ metrics
- Feed structured product insights to engineering
Requirements:
- 5+ years in concrete QA/QC, mix design, or production
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or similar
- Deep knowledge of concrete materials and mix design
- Strong client communication; able to engage U.S. stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, startup-ready
