We’re hiring in India: Customer Success Specialist (Concrete & Sustainability)

Concrete.ai is building AI tools to reduce the carbon footprint of concrete production. We’re looking for a technically strong Customer Success Specialist in India to support onboarding, mix design optimization, and ongoing account success across India and global customers.

Role scope:

  • ⁠Lead onboarding and training for new customers
  • ⁠Manage India customer accounts and success plans
  • ⁠Support global accounts (incl. U.S. time zone overlap)
  • ⁠Deliver optimized concrete mix designs using our platform
  • ⁠Track cost, performance, and CO₂ metrics
  • ⁠Feed structured product insights to engineering

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in concrete QA/QC, mix design, or production
  • ⁠Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or similar
  • ⁠Deep knowledge of concrete materials and mix design
  • ⁠Strong client communication; able to engage U.S. stakeholders
  • ⁠Organized, proactive, startup-ready
