Plain-language summary

When you use the Concrete.ai Savings Calculator and request a report by email, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, calculator inputs, savings estimates, IP address, timestamp, and consent records. We use this information to send you the report, understand your calculation, follow up about Concrete.ai’s services, and improve the calculator. We may share the information with service providers that help us deliver emails, manage leads, and, if you opt in, send marketing updates. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing contact@concrete.ai.

1. Who we are

The data controller for the information collected through the Savings Calculator is Concrete.ai. For questions about this policy or your data, contact contact@concrete.ai.

2. What we collect

When you submit the email-capture form on the calculator, we record:

  • The name, work email, and company you typed into the form.
  • The IP address of the device that submitted the form.
  • The timestamp of your submission.
  • The version of this policy you consented to, and whether you also opted in to marketing updates.
  • The version of the savings model that produced your estimate.
  • The calculator inputs you entered (annual concrete volume, sector mix, SCM type, costs, implementation rate) and the savings estimates derived from them. We retain this so we can show you what you saw, refine the model over time, and have meaningful context when our team follows up.

We also set a short-lived session cookie (csc_sid) that ties your calculator session to the report request. See Cookies and tracking below.

We do not collect: payment information, device fingerprints, behavioral analytics, or personal data from third-party sources.

3. How we use your information

  • To maintain a record of your request and consent choices. Your request and consent choices are recorded before sending you the report.
  • To send you the report you requested. Your email is used to deliver the savings estimate you asked for.
  • To add you to marketing updates only if you separately opt in. Your name and email are used to add you to our marketing list, only if you opt in.
  • To follow up about Concrete.ai’s services. We may contact you with related product information.
  • To improve the calculator. Aggregate, non-identifying usage informs how we refine the model.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox when you request your report. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights below); withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

5. Who we share your data with

  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — handles email delivery of the report.
  • Monday.com — every captured lead is pushed to our sales workflow tool so our team can follow up. The push includes your name, email, company, IP address, timestamp, and the projected annual savings from your calculation.
  • MailChimp (Intuit Inc.) — only if you ticked the “Also subscribe me to occasional Concrete.ai updates” box. We send your name and email to add you to our marketing list.
  • Concrete.ai personnel — sales and technical teams may see your submission to follow up.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any other third parties.

6. International transfers

SendGrid, Monday.com, and (if you opted in) MailChimp all process data through infrastructure in the United States. If you are based in the EU, EEA, or UK, your data is transferred to the US for those purposes. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain calculator-submitted leads for 24 months from the date of submission, after which we delete them unless you’ve continued to interact with us. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Cookies and tracking

The calculator sets one technical cookie:

  • csc_sid — a random session identifier, set when you run a calculation. Used to confirm that the same browser is requesting the report. Expires after one hour. Not used for cross-site tracking.

Charts on the calculator page and in the emailed report are rendered server-side as PNG images; we do not load any third-party JavaScript or CDN-hosted assets.

9. Your rights

If you’re in the EU, EEA, UK, or another region with similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict or object to our processing.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. How to exercise your rights

Email contact@concrete.ai with what you’d like us to do. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, to protect against unauthorized requests.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the effective date and policy version at the top. The version on the form at the time you consented is the one we honor for that submission.
